At The Jada Lauryn Experience, we take pride in providing luxury hair services and premium-quality products to enhance your confidence and beauty. Please review our refund policy before booking your appointment or making a purchase.
π Appointment Deposits & Cancellations
- All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and required to secure your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment.
- No-call, no-shows will result in forfeiting your deposit and being restricted from future bookings.
ποΈ Product Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review. We will gladly offer a replacement if the issue is verified.
β³ Late Arrivals & Service Adjustments
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee applies.
- After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled with no refund of your deposit.
- If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us before leaving the salon so we can discuss possible adjustments. No refunds will be issued after the service is completed.
